Birth of an Empire!

We the People of the United Empire of Gauletria have ratified a constitution for the National Government which shall be led by three co-equal branches of government. The executive powers are vested in the National Volition Coven. The legislative powers are vested in the National People's Congress. The judicial powers are vested in the Supreme Court. The official languages of the National Government are English, French, and Spanish.
